Recommendations for normal phone maintenance

• Restart the phone daily to free memory blocks and improve the phone capacity.
• Increase battery standby time by deactivating unused features such as Bluetooth™, Infrared, the display light etc. Tip: Avoid accidental activation of features by using the Auto Keylock feature.
• Always use original Sony Ericsson accessories. Using other manufacturers’ accessories causes safety risks to the user, equipment hazards, and negatively affects the performance of the phone. The use of non-Sony Ericsson chargers and batteries also voids the warranty.
• Do not use the phone in the rain or with a wet hand or face. High humidity or direct contact with the liquids may cause non-repairable damage to the phone, and is not covered by your warranty.
• For optimum performance of your phone it is a good idea to perform a software update regularly.
