Set ringtones and sounds

To set a phone ringtone:

1. From the Home screen, tap the Application screens icon.
2. Find and tap Settings > Sound > Phone ringtone.
3. Select a ringtone, then select Done.

To use a music track as a ringtone:

1. In the music player, touch and hold a track you want to use as your ringtone.
2. Tap Set as ringtone.

Tip: You can also add the track that is currently playing as a ringtone. Press the Menu key and tap Set as ringtone.

To set the phone to silent and vibrate mode:

1. From the Home screen, tap the Application screens icon.
2. Find and tap Settings > Sound.
3. Mark the Silent mode checkbox.
4. Select Vibrate and choose an option.

Tip: You can also mute the phone ringtone using the Volume down key.

To select a notification ringtone:

1. From the Home screen, tap the Application screens icon.
2. Find and tap Settings > Sound > Notification ringtone.
3. Select a ringtone and tap Done.
