Set up an Exchange Active Sync account

To set up RoadSync™ using Microsoft^® Exchange ActiveSync^® synchronization:

1. From the Home screen, find and tap RoadSync.
2. Tap Next.
3. Tap Accept if you consent.
4. Tap the First Name text field and enter your first name. Tap Next.
5. Enter Last name and tap Next.
6. Enter email address and tap Next.
7. Tap Register > OK.
8. Tap the Password text field and enter your password. Tap Done > Next.
9. Tap the User name text field and enter your username. Press the Back key.
10. Tap the COMPANY text field and enter your domain. Tap Done > Next.
11. Tap the server.company.com text field and enter your server address. Press the Back key.
12. Tap Finish.

Useful tip:

• Domain is the domain you belong to in your corporate network.
• Server name is the name of the publicly accessible server, for example, http:// or exchange.mycompany.com.
• In the Preferences list, tap the different settings to set your options. When done, press the Back key.
• To start synchronizing from the setup, tap Start Sync if not using direct push mode.
• To go to your Inbox from the setup, press the Back key to exit the setup. Find and tap E-mail.

When you receive a new email, a New email icon appears in the status bar.
