Enable GPS

To manually enable the GPS:

  1. Select Menu > Location > Location.
  2. Highlight and tap GPS data.
  3. The phone searches for GPS devices. When connected, the GPS connected icon is visible in the status bar.
  4. To stay connected, use the Menu key to exit to the Main menu.

To manually disable the GPS:

  1. Select Menu > Location > Location.
  2. Highlight and tap GPS data.
  3. Tap Exit and the GPS connected icon disappears from the status bar.
