Transfer files using Bluetooth™ technology

To send items using Bluetooth™ technology:

1. Receiving device: Make sure the Bluetooth™ device you want to send the item to has Bluetooth™ turned on and is visible.
2. In your phone, open the application that contains the item you want to send, and scroll to the item.
3. Depending on the application and the item you want to send, you may need to, for example, touch and hold the item, or open the item. Other ways to send an item may also exist.
4. Tap the Send icon in the upper right corner.
5. In the menu that appears, select Via Bluetooth.
6. Turn on Bluetooth™, if you are asked to do so.
7. Tap the name of the receiving device.
8. Receiving device: If asked, accept the connection/pairing.
9. If asked, enter the same passcode on both devices, or confirm the suggested passcode.
10. Receiving device: Accept the incoming item.

To receive items using Bluetooth™ technology:

1. From the Home screen, find and tap Settings.
2. Tap Connectivity > Bluetooth.
3. Tap the Bluetooth on/off switch. When on, the Bluetooth icon appears in the status bar.
4. Tap the Visibility on/off switch. When on, the phone will be visible to other devices.
5. Sending device: Send one or more items to your phone using Bluetooth™.
6. If asked, select Yes > OK to add the sending device to your phones devices, or confirm the suggested passcode.
7. Tap Yes to start the file transfer.
