Unable to connect to Internet or access Internet based services
If unable to access Internet or Internet-based services:
Check the signal strength bars at the top of the phone screen to make sure that your phone is connected to a network. If low or no signal, move to an open location free from obstructions, or get close to a window.
Check that you have the correct phone settings for Internet. From the Home screen, find and tap Settings > Connectivity > Internet settings > Connection point. If no applicable connection point, tap Create new and enter the Name and APN settings. When done, tap Save. Contact your network operator for the correct Internet settings information.
If your preferred network isn’t available, you can enable roaming to connect to data services. From the Home screen, find and tap Settings > Connectivity and tap the Data roaming switch to enable roaming. Roaming may incur significant roaming charges.
Contact your network operator and make sure that the network has coverage where you are.
