Set up an Exchange Active Sync account

To enter settings for RoadSync™:

  1. Select Menu > Organizer > RoadSync.
  2. Follow the instructions that appear. Tap Next to start.
  3. Tap Accept if you accept the terms.
  4. Tap the text input fields to enter your details. When done, tap Verify.
  5. Select a connection and tap OK.
  6. If you are going to use Direct Push, select Always to Connect to network.
  7. Tap OK to register online.
  8. Tap Next.
  9. Tap Select and select an option.
  10. Tap Next.
  11. Tap to select data to be synced. When done, tap Next.
  12. Setup is complete, tap Finished.

To sync data:

  • Tap Options > Sync.

Good to know:

  • Server name – the name of the publicly accessible server, for example, http:// or exchange.mycompany.com.
  • Domain – the domain you belong to in your corporate network.
  • Use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) – enabled by default.
