Unable to connect to Internet using a Wi-Fi® connection:

  1. Check that you have turned on and are connected to a Wi-Fi® network. From the Home screen, find and tap Settings > Connectivity and check the Wi-Fi status.
    • If not turned on, tap the Wi-Fi switch to turn on the Wi-Fi® functionality.
    • If not connected, tap Refresh networks to see available networks.
  2. Check the Wi-Fi® signal strength. If low or no signal, move closer to the Wi-Fi® access point.
  3. Some Wi-Fi® networks require you to log in to a web page before you can gain access to the network. Contact the relevant Wi-Fi® network administrator for more information.
  4. A secured Wi-Fi® network requires a password. Contact the relevant Wi-Fi® network administrator for more information.
