Unable to access Internet based services through Wi-Fi<sup>®</sup> connection

If you are unable to access Internet based services through Wi-Fi® network, try the following:

  1. Check the Wi-Fi® signal strength in the status bar. If low or no signal, move closer to the Wi-Fi® Access Point. The Access Point is the device establishing the Wi-Fi® network.
  2. Update the Access Point to the latest firmware. For instructions please see the device’s user guide.
  3. Change the Wi-Fi® network security to a different security encryption.
  4. Make sure that the Wi-Fi® standard 802.11b/g/n is enabled on the Access Point. For instructions please see the device’s user guide.
