Remove the battery cover
To remove the battery cover:
- Hold both ends of the phone and with your other hand insert the tip of your finger, or a thin object firmly into the opening on the side of the phone, between the phone and the battery cover.
- Lift up the cover slowly but firmly.
Note: Don’t use sharp objects that may damage parts of the phone.
Tip: Avoid holding the battery cover and the hook area.
