Send and receive an MMS

To send an MMS from the photo viewer:

1. From the Home screen do one of the following:
• Press and hold the Camera key to activate the camera. Take a photo.
• Press and hold the Camera key to activate the camera. Tap a miniature photo to view photos and flick to the desired photo.
• Find and tap Album, then locate the desired photo.
2. If needed, tap the screen to display the controls.
3. Tap the Share icon.
4. Select Messaging > New conversation or select a recipient from the list.
5. Tap Add recipient and select a contact from contacts or tap the Enter name or no. text field to enter a phone number or name of a contact.
6. If wanted, tap the Write message text field and enter your message.
7. When done, tap Send.

Note: It is not possible to save a picture received in an MMS.

To send an MMS from Messaging:

1. From the Home screen, find and tap Messaging.
2. Tap New message.
3. Tap Add recipient and select a contact from Contacts or tap the Enter name or no. text field to enter a phone number or name of a contact.
4. Tap the Attach file icon and locate your photo, picture or video. You can also choose to take a new photo or record a video directly.
5. If wanted, tap the Write message text field and enter your message.
6. When done, tap Send.

You can view a message in several ways depending on your phone settings. From the Home screen do one of the following:

• Find and tap Messaging and select a message conversation thread from the list.
• Find and tap Contacts and select a contact. Then tap the infinite button to view all text, multimedia message conversations and calls with the contact.
• Find and tap Timescape™ > a message tile.

Tip: When you receive a message, the New text message/multimedia message icon appears in the Message corner (depending on your phone settings) and/or in the status bar. To read the message, tap the Message corner or drag the status bar downwards and tap the message.
