Set up an email account

To set up an email account in your phone for the first time:

1. From the Home screen, find and tap Email.
2. Tap the Email address text field and enter your email address. Tap Next.
3. Enter your password. Tap Done.
4. Tap Continue.
5. If the phone cannot download your email account settings automatically, select connection type and enter the needed information. Tap Continue.

Note: If you need to enter the settings manually, contact your email service provider for the correct email account settings.

To remove an email account from your phone:

1. From the Home screen, find and tap Email.
2. Press the Menu key and tap Account settings.
3. Press the Menu key and tap Delete account > OK.
