X1 support – an extended service offer tailored for X1

If you have an X1 Support Card in your box, you have access to a dedicated network for X1 users, helping you get the most out of your X1.

The personal touch: call the X1 support number and your call will be fast-tracked directly to one of our specialist teams. This is your mobile manual, where you can learn about all the functions on your X1 and solve any issues you have – an extra helping hand in addition to your operator and retailer contacts.

Web support: keep up to speed with a full user guide, tips and tricks, FAQs and the latest news on software updates. Access to all the information you need at your fingertips.

Travellers service: when abroad, you have access to our new support service for the first 12 months of your warranty period. Just call the local support line and our support agents will help you in the local language or in English. If your X1 stops functioning completely, in most areas we can deliver a replacement X1 to you with our fast courier service. All you need is your X1 Support Card – your passport to peace of mind when away from home.

To benefit from this unique service, keep your support card with you and write your 15-digit IMEI number on the signature strip. You can find your 15-digit IMEI number:

  • On a label on the side of your X1 box
  • Under the battery inside your X1
  • By typing #06# on your X1 keypad
