Unable to detect Wi-Fi<sup>®</sup> network

If you are unable to detect a Wi-Fi® network, try the following:

  1. Move closer to the Wi-Fi® Access Point. The Access Point is the device establishing the Wi-Fi® network.
  2. Make sure that the Wi-Fi® standard 802.11b/g/n is enabled on the Access Point. For instruction please see the device’s user guide.
  3. Verify that the Wi-Fi® network is visible (SSID is broadcasted).
