If you are unable to connect to the Internet using a Wi-Fi® connection, try the following:

  • Check that you have turned on Wi-Fi® in your phone.
  • Check the Wi-Fi® signal strength in the status bar. If low or no signal, move closer to the Wi-Fi® access point.
  • Check that you are connected to a Wi-Fi® network.
  • Some Wi-Fi® networks require that you log in to a web page before you can gain access to the network. Contact the Wi-Fi® network administrator for more information.
  • A secured Wi-Fi® network requires a password. Contact the Wi-Fi® network administrator for more information.
