Transfer content with Media Go™

To transfer content:

  1. Connect the USB cable to your computer and then to your phone.
  2. On the phone: Tap Connect your phone.
  3. Wait for the phone to connect and automatically open PC Companion.
  4. On the computer: In the Media Go application, click Start.
  5. Move files between your phone and the computer.
  6. On the phone: To disconnect the USB cable safely, drag the status bar downwards and tap Turn off USB storage > Turn Off and disconnect the USB cable.

Tip: You can also connect to PC Companion using Bluetooth™ technology.
