Turn on the Bluetooth™ function and make phone visible

To turn on the Bluetooth™ function and make your phone visible:

  1. From the Home screen, find and tap Settings.
  2. Tap Connectivity > Bluetooth.
  3. Tap the Bluetooth on/off switch to turn on Bluetooth™. The Bluetooth™ icon appears in the status bar.
  4. Tap the Visibility on/off switch to make your phone visible.

Note: Bluetooth™ connections work best within a 10 metre (33 feet) range, with no solid objects in between. In some cases you may have to manually pair your phone with other Bluetooth™ devices.
