Transfer files using the Media Go™ application

The Media Go™ computer application helps you find, organize, and optimize media content for playback on your PC or mobile device.

To transfer media content using the Media Go™ application:

  1. Connect your phone to a computer using a USB cable.
  2. Phone: Connected in Media transfer mode appears in the status bar.
  3. Computer: The PC Companion application launches automatically. In PC Companion, click Media Go to start the Media Go™ application. In some cases, you may have to wait for the Media Go™ application to install.
  4. Drag and drop files between your computer and phone using the Media Go interface.

Note: To use the Media Go™ application you need Microsoft® Windows® 7, Microsoft® Windows® Vista®, Microsoft® Windows® XP Service Pack 3 or higher operating systems.
