Unable to access Internet-based services using a home Wi-Fi® connection
If you can’t access Internet-based services using a home Wi-Fi® network, try the following:
Check the Wi-Fi® signal strength in the status bar. If low or no signal, move closer to the Wi-Fi® access point. The access point is the device that provides the Wi-Fi® network.
Update the access point to the latest firmware. See the user guide for the device.
Change the Wi-Fi® network security to a different security encryption.
Make sure that the 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi® standard is enabled on the access point. See the user guide for the device.
