How can I open an application using the SmartKey?

To set a default application using the SmartKey

  1. Press and hold down the SmartKey. When you release your finger, the Headset: SmartKey menu appears on the phone.
  2. Phone: Select an application from the list or download an application from Google Play™ by tapping Search for more applications. The default application runs automatically next time you press the SmartKey.

To activate the SmartKey on your phone

  1. From the Home screen, find and tap LiveWare™ manager.
  2. Tap Headset.
  3. Mark the Enable/disable SmarkKey checkbox.

To trigger the SmartKey

  • Press the SmartKey.
