Use the ZAPPIN™ feature

Use ZAPPIN™ to search for your favourite songs in a fun and quick way. The ZAP button lets you preview tracks in a playlist. Once you find the right tune, you can tap the ZAP button again to “ZAP-out” and play the track from the beginning.

Note: The ZAPPIN™ function is only available when you are playing music.

To use the ZAPPIN™ feature:

  1. In the Walkman™ player when playing music, tap ZAP. All tracks in the play queue are previewed in the set mode.
    • Tap Short to play the chorus of each track in 4-second segments.
    • Tap Long to play the chorus of each track in 15-second segments.
  2. Tap to select a track.
  3. Tap ZAP to play the track from the beginning.
