Unstable Wi-Fi<sup>®</sup> connection

If you experience an unstable Wi-Fi® connection, try the following:

  1. Check the Wi-Fi® signal strength in the status bar. If low or no signal, move closer to the Wi-Fi® access point.
  2. Restart the Access Point Wi-Fi® connection. The Access Point is the device establishing the Wi-Fi® network.
  3. Restart the Wi-Fi® on the phone (disable and then enable Wi-Fi®).
  4. Update the Access Point to the latest firmware. For instruction please see the device’s user guide.
  5. Change the Wi-Fi® network security to a different security encryption.
