I can’t pair the Bluetooth™ Car Speakerphone with my phone

Troubleshooting:

  • Check if the Bluetooth™ function in the phone is on, and set to visible.
  • Make sure that the phone is not connected with another Bluetooth™ device. The phone can only be connected with one device at a time.
  • When in pairing mode, the speakerphone switches itself off if you don’t pair it with the phone within 10 minutes. Try to pair the speakerphone again.
  • Make sure the speakerphone is charged and within range (10 m, 33 feet).
  • Repeat the pairing procedure.
