I get no response when I touch the home, menu or back key, what can be wrong?

Make sure that you tap the area with the indicators above the Back, Home and Menu icons.

If the phone is still not responding, turn off the phone by pressing the Power key. Then turn on the phone again.

If you cannot turn off the phone using the Power key, you have to force a restart of the phone.

To force restart your phone

1. Press and hold both the volume up key and the power
   key for five seconds.
2. After your phone vibrates once, release the keys. The phone restarts automatically.
