Connect to a Wi-Fi ^® network

In order to surf the web with your phone, you need to define access points for the Internet. You can define several access points for the Internet to use different network destinations.

To connect to a WLAN via Wi-Fi™:

1. Select Menu > Settings > Connectivity > Wi-Fi.
2. Your phone starts to search for networks. The available networks will be displayed in a list.
3. Highlight and tap your preferred network, then tap Connect.
4. If the network is protected, you must enter the WEP key for the network. Enter the WEP key and tap OK.
5. To browse on the chosen network from the browser on your phone, tap Options > Start browsing.

To set the priority of what network connection to use when you have connected to a Wi-Fi™ network:

1. Select Menu > Settings > Connectivity > Destinations.
2. Highlight and tap Internet.
3. A list of defined Internet access points is listed.
4. To change priority, highlight an access point. Tap Options > Organise > Change priority. Highlight the access point you want to change priority with and tap OK.
5. The next time you connect to the Internet, your prioritised action points that are available are displayed in the Select connections list.

To check connection details:

1. When connected to the Internet, select Menu > Settings > Connectivity > Connection mgr.
2. Highlight and tap the selected connection.
