How to get a refund

Assuming you are within the 14 day grace period, you will get instructions from Sony Xperia™ Store Support on how to return your product. When we have received your unit we will send out an email confirming that we have received your unit, and that you will get a refund within 10 days.

Note: Return the product(s) in its original shape, including all accessories, documentation and boxes.
