How to place an order

To place an order:

  1. When you have decided which item(s) you want, click Buy now, then click Add to cart.
  2. Click on the shopping basket in the top navigation, and select Go to checkout.
  3. In the first step of the checkout you can modify your order, for example add or remove products or change quantity.
  4. In the following steps of the checkout you need to log in or sign up, enter your address and payment details, and choose your preferred delivery option.
  5. Click Make payment and follow the instructions.
  6. When the credit card details have been accepted, an order confirmation email will be sent to you.

Tip: Print the order confirmation and keep it throughout the warranty period of your product. You need the Order reference every time you contact Sony Xperia™ Support in order for us to help you in an efficient way.
