Delivery options

There are two types of delivery options that you can choose from when placing an order:

  • Standard delivery ( 3-5 working days)
  • Express delivery (1-2 working days)

Delivery times:

  • Items ordered before 2 p.m. Monday-Friday will normally be dispatched on the same day. Anything ordered after 2 p.m. or on the weekend will normally be dispatched on the next working day.
  • There are no deliveries during the weekend.
  • The cost of delivery will be displayed separately from the total amount payable. The cost is independent of the weight of the package, and varies depending on standard or express delivery.

Delivery countries:

  • We deliver to the following European countries: UK, DE, FR, ES, NL, IT and SE. Some places may take an extra 1-2 days on top of our stated delivery times.

Note: We are not able to deliver to VAT-free areas such as the Channel Islands, Jersey or Guernsey.
