Transfer contacts

When you transfer contacts between different mobile platforms, the contact details may not look the same.

To transfer your contacts via the memory card:

1. Copy your contacts from your old phone to your memory card. If you need help with this, please consult the old phone’s user guide.
2. When the copying is done, move the memory card to your new phone.
3. Select Menu > Contacts.
4. If the phone asks you to copy info from SIM card, select No.
5. Highlight New contact, and select Options > Advanced.
6. Select Restore from m.card to copy your contacts to your new phone.

To transfer your contacts via the SIM card:

1. Copy your contacts from your old phone to your SIM card. If you need help with this, please consult the old phone’s user guide.
2. When the copying is done, move the SIM card to your new phone.
3. Select Menu > Contacts.
4. If the phone asks you to copy info from the SIM card, skip steps 5–6.
5. Otherwise, highlight New contact, and select Options > Advanced.
6. Select Copy from SIM > Copy all.
7. Select Yes to copy your contacts to your new phone.
